We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Vercel in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an adequate level of data protection for data transfers to the USA. The use of Vercel is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the most reliable and performant presentation of our website.

6. Cookies

This website only uses technically necessary cookies that are required for the operation of the site, as well as a cookie to store your privacy settings (cookie consent). These cookies do not contain personal data and are not used for tracking purposes. Processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, as the website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free provision of its services. When you click a booking link, you leave our website and are redirected to Calendly. The actual appointment booking and the personal data entered there are processed only on Calendly's website. 9. Contact by Email

Processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in processing inquiries). The data contained in your message remains with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies. Contact inquiries are deleted after 30 days at the latest unless a further business relationship arises.

10. Google Fonts (Local Hosting)

This site uses so-called Google Fonts, provided by Google LLC, for a consistent display of typefaces. The Google Fonts are installed locally on our server and are loaded from there when the page is accessed. No connection to Google servers is made. No personal data is transmitted to Google.

11. Data Retention

Unless a more specific retention period has been stated within this privacy policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for data processing no longer applies. Contact inquiries and appointment booking data are deleted after 30 days at the latest, unless a further business relationship is established or statutory retention obligations apply.
